question about flu medicines?

I have a flu right now and I drank vitamin c and b earlier this morning. however, later I was suggested to drink paracetamol. won’t there be any interactions if I drink paracetamol then the vitamins? also I want to try garlic as a cure for flu, because I dont want to take synthetic antiviral medicines. I read somewhere garlic is good for this.would it be alright?

Paracetamol is only to bring down the fever that comes with the flu. It’s what is called a supportive measure along with plenty of rest, fluids, and good food. There are no drug interactions between vitamins and paracetamol.

Viruses cause the flu and I’m afraid that vitamins won’t help you. Nor will garlic. Just take plenty of fluids, and get some rest and the flu will go away in a few days. Simple, right?
